Non material amendment of planning permission 14/00959/FUL for existing as proposed window removed at ground floor level, window revision to front elevation at first floor level and boundary change from brick walling to close border timber fencing to the northern side boundary.

Proposed changes to appearance of existing building external elements including, new front entrance door and side screen, alterations to front and rear canopies, replace planter boxes for cast stone window cills, addition of mechanical equipment and aerials required by WBC, alterations to part of existing rear boundary fence with replacement of site entrance gates and new cappings to basement ventilators for additional security.
