Works to trees under TPO225 Turkey oak (T1) - reduce height by 4 metres, reshape, remove epicormics from trunk up to 6 metres - to minimise risk of branch failure having regard to proximity to house

Works to trees under TPO.225 A1. Thuja (T1) - remove - extremely close to house and neighbours house, liable to cause structural damage Ash (T2) Sycamore (T3) Oak (T4) Lawson cypress (T5, T6, T7) Purple leaf plum (T8) - remove - poor specimens not worthy of retention.

The proposal is to add 2 storeys to the principal (highest) part of the building. All external materials, brickwork, render, tiles, windows would match the existing. There would be no windows in the side elevations. The front and rear windows would result in no overlooking to neighbouring properties. There high dense tree screening to both the front and rear of the property. The house is set well away from neighbouring properties and would therefore not result in any overshadowing or loss of outlook to those properties. The additional storeys would be set back behind the lower level existing front outrigger and porch canopy roof.

Works to trees under TPO.59 - G11 Oak trees overgrown and hanging down to parking spaces and near house. Oak trees T1, T2 and T3 on plan to cut back by 3 metres to a suitable branch junction and raise the canopy by no more than 4 metres in height.

Works to fell two trees in a Conservation area - (Ash trees) within the grounds of our house. 1. Height and width of trees near property. 2. Lack of light. 3. Concern the roots of the tree will be encroaching on building extension/boundaries of 106 and 110.

Works to trees under TPO 32 (T278 - Ash) To manage size of tree close to house, maintain statutory clearance over highway and reduce likelihood of branches falling onto house or road. Crown reduction back to previous points of crown reduction by removing approx. 6m from height and removing 3-4m from sides. Raise crown to provide clearance of 2.3m over payment and 5.2m over road. Remove major deadwood and trim trunk where infected with fungus.
