Removal of existing front entrance porch and roof / balustrade above. Replacement of Juliette balcony doors and main entrance front door. Landscaping of front drive / garden to remove boundary wall and form level access parking space and ramp access for disabled child who is wheelchair dependant.

Variation to Condition 2 of planning permission 18/00192/FUL for the construction of new 7 no. bedroom house, to change the list of approved drawings for landscape and front boundary treatment
