Listed Building Consent for clearing of the rear garden including repair of broken sheds, removal of broken greenhouse, removal of broken/rotted decking and clearance of overgrown/redundant pond (which is currently full of weeds). The existing decking and overgrown pond is proposed to be replaced with lawn.
