Notification of replacement of 3 pole mounted antennas, to 3 no. antennas on free standing frames rising to a height of 54.3 metres, main roof height is 46.5 metres and top of the building is 52.4 metres. installation of 1 no. GPS node, replacement of 1 no cabinet, relocation of 2 no. dishes and associated ancillary works.

Notification of the installation of 3no 4.2m support poles (31.2m AGL) supporting 2no. antennas each, 1no. 300mm dish and 1 no 600mm dish, the installation of 3no. cabinets at roof level and ancillary work thereto.

The proposal is to add 2 storeys to the principal (highest) part of the building. All external materials, brickwork, render, tiles, windows would match the existing. There would be no windows in the side elevations. The front and rear windows would result in no overlooking to neighbouring properties. There high dense tree screening to both the front and rear of the property. The house is set well away from neighbouring properties and would therefore not result in any overshadowing or loss of outlook to those properties. The additional storeys would be set back behind the lower level existing front outrigger and porch canopy roof.
