The proposal is to add 2 storeys to the principal (highest) part of the building. All external materials, brickwork, render, tiles, windows would match the existing. There would be no windows in the side elevations. The front and rear windows would result in no overlooking to neighbouring properties. There high dense tree screening to both the front and rear of the property. The house is set well away from neighbouring properties and would therefore not result in any overshadowing or loss of outlook to those properties. The additional storeys would be set back behind the lower level existing front outrigger and porch canopy roof.
