Widening of an internal doorway within a single-skin brick wall. Replacement of 1950/60's concrete tiles with solar PV slate tiles on the non-historic roof covering area.

Single storey rear and side extensions (re-submission)

Replace rear conservatory with a single storey rear pitched roof extension and continue pitched roof over existing flat roofed extension. The original flat roof extension is 2 meters the conservatory added as part of WP/2013/0459 is 4 meters thereby making this 6 meter in total. The ridge height is same as / slightly lower that the current conservatory.
