Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: WP/17/00721/FUL to substitute previously approved plans - Planning Layout (drawing reference: OL/1003-001 Rev D) with Planning Layout (drawing reference: OL/1003-001 Rev J). The amendments proposed as part of this application comprise of the internal reconfiguration to locate both bedrooms at first floor level (Plot 7). The application also seeks retrospective amendments to the built envelope of Plot 7 due to the development not being constructed in accordance with the approved plans. These amendments include: Minor increase in the building footprint. Alterations to the rear/side elevation and roof. Increase in the height of the rear facade and changes to the rear roof pitch from 45 degrees as approved to 30 degree.
