Retrospective application for construction of detached garden shed

Retrospective application relates to the reconstruction of the boundary wall along Cannon Street. The existing wall, constructed of random ironstone, partially collapsed and is being rebuilt so that the external appearance remains as the existing wall prior to collapse. It also includes for the erection of 4 temporary covered seating booths in the outdoor drinking area. The new booths are of timber construction

Change of use of equestrian pastureland for the siting of 20 storage containers (B8) and construction of a section of hardstanding to provide additional parking area for equestrian events (retrospective).
