Application seeking to vary conditions 1 (approved plans) , 4 (approved external vehicle/parking plan scheme), 5 (approved external cycle parking scheme), 6 (approved detailed landscaping scheme) and 7 approved boundary treatment scheme of reserved matters approval reference WP/20/00099/REM and seek the following variations to the approved layout and elevational plans: - change to the visitor parking and delivery configuration to provide a through vehicular route; - additional planting to create a greater separation distance between the pedestrianised plaza and vehicular area; - roof of the school has been amended to be an asymmetric form; - mass of the central section of the school has been reduced; - the two wings of the school building have been re-aligned; - the perimeter fence around the staff car park is to be omitted and CCTV poles and cameras installed; - the mass of the community centre has been reduced by reducing the double height portion of the building; - changes to the feature brickwork and fenestration of the community building; - surfacing material of the car park serving the community building to be changed from block to tarmac
