Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission reference WP/17/00551/FUL to substitute approved plan reference (42-17-02 - Amended - Proposed Plans) with drawing number (20-22-02 - Proposed Plans) following the amendment to the outhouse design including roof materials, the previously approved dormer replaced with rooflights, the single storey side extension removed and external stair amended.

Variation to condition 1 of planning permission reference WP/19/00541/FUL - During the working drawings stage it became apparent that there was not enough headroom in the room above the garage so this application is to raise the garage ridge line and install dormer windows for plots 1 - 3. Relocate the ground floor wc and amend the utility room. To all plots we would like to use stone window heads and sills. New revision numbers to the relevant drawings
