T1 - Ash - The tree has previously been drastically reduced on one side to facilitate the dwelling behind. The tree is well developed into the garden of 28 Edinburgh Road and as such is shading out the garden and neighbours. It is proposed at this time to reduce the loading on the laterals by crown reducing lateral branches within the curtilage of the property to a height of 7 metres. This will reduce the loading on these limbs during heavy winds and increase light levels into the gardens.
