Internal reworks to the second floor to add three bedrooms and a study including the installation of 3 Velux (conservation) rooflights in the southern rear elevation and replacement and removal of the existing timber front door, proposed 900 millimetre high black iron handrails and spindles adjacent to either side of the front steps. Loft dormer cheek supports, due to deterioration. Partial retrospective for installation of roof support, using steel beams within the loft space.
