Application for a Certificate of Lawfulness for the proposed alterations to a listed building, the alterations in the loft bedroom are to remove all lime plaster off the two brick end walls and replace with 3- coat lime plaster to masonry, remove the plaster from the side walls/ceiling and slopping ceilings to include removal of all gypsum plaster, repair or replace oak/chestnut lath timber lath, replace 3 coat lime lime plaster, and once dry to re-paint using a breathable paint suitable for lime plasters. The proposed works to the landing are to clean down and paint the walls and ceiling on a like for like basis.
