Replacement of roof tiling, battens and felt owing to general poor condition. Colour of tiles to be amended to grey colour (Redland mini stonewold flat concrete roof slate - slate grey). Height and pitch of roof to remain consistent with existing. Soffits, fascia and guttering to be replaced (same colour as existing, amended to upvc/plastic). Along with removal of one chimney stack.
