Tree located at the corner of 20 Park Road (Imperial House) and Great Park Street, Wellingborough. The tree is within the boundary of 20 Park Road. The tree in question is higher than the height of the chimney of Imperial House and has overgrown over the footpath. It is also slightly leaning towards the road, which we deem dangerous. We have contacted a tree surgeon and their suggestion is to trim it back down to a safe height and trim back the overhanging branches (crown reduction).

T2 dead Pine; Section fell to ground level. G1 mixed species trees; Prune to clear side of building by up to 3.0 metres where possible.

Large leylandii trees bordering car park to be bought down to approximately 6ft in height to allow light and prevent possibilty of damage to cars and pedestrians in high winds allowing either fencing or a manageble hedge in their place

Tillia Cordata. Removal of epicormic growth at basel stem. Crown lift and crown shape to 4 metres and away from thatched roof.

Remove Holly tree to ground level and remove stump. The rectory has recently been purchased and needs a new entrance gate installing for security reasons, the holly tree is currently in the way for this work to commence.

The two trees at the rear of property to be pollarded and retained. All sycamore and self set trees in and around the walls removed permanently.

T1 Apple; Crown clean removing all dead, diseased, dying, crossing, rubbing and duplicate branches. Crown thin by 15%. Crown reduce by approximately 1.5 metres in height and laterally to balance, pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Prune out previous poor pruning.

T1 Holm Oak; Prune to clear property by 2.0 metres. Reduce two lowest branches over neighbours property by 1.5 metres laterally and crown lift to a height of approximately 5.0 metres over neighbours garden.
