1 x Holly Bush located at the front of our property adjacent to boundary wall. Adjacent to High Street Wollaston. Proposing to remove the Holly Bush and grind out the root as it has already damaged the boundary wall (severe cracks)and is within 1m of the water mains supply to ours and adjacent property. Further growth is likely to cause further damage.

Tree located at the corner of 20 Park Road (Imperial House) and Great Park Street, Wellingborough. The tree is within the boundary of 20 Park Road. The tree in question is higher than the height of the chimney of Imperial House and has overgrown over the footpath. It is also slightly leaning towards the road, which we deem dangerous. We have contacted a tree surgeon and their suggestion is to trim it back down to a safe height and trim back the overhanging branches (crown reduction).

Lawson Cypress, Yew Tree, Laurel - Reduce back as hard as possible to boundary to rear of property.

Trees on the north boundary from east to west consisting mainly of Acer (Sycamore and some Norway maple) plus one Acacia and one hornbeam: Crown clean and raise to a height of 4 to 5 metres. Remove approximately 3 of the smaller Acers plus some secondary basal stems. First Acer: possible cable brace due to severely included fork and reduce weight in the crown. Last Acer with extensive rot in the main trunk: Pollard. Acacia: possible slight crown reduction. Self-set sycamores and 2 elders on the south boundary: remove those which are considered to be too close to the boundary fence.Pollarded lime trees at the south east end of the site: repollard.

T1. Apple; reduce crown by approximately 1m - 1.5m G1. Mixed hedge on rear boundary; remove Conifers to ground level, reduce remaining hedge to a height of approximately 3m and trim top and sides to shape

NT1 Ash; Remove adventitious stem back to source. Remove branch over drive back to parent stem and remove lowest branch on stem. All works as indicated on attached photos. The council, parish council, Norse and the owner of No. 3 Glebe Farm Court have all confirmed that they do not own the tree. The tree is part of a boundary hedge adjacent to a footpath.

Two yew trees adjacent to the south west boundary of the front garden of 122 High Street to be crown reduced. T1 nearer to the road to be re-shaped and T2 to be laterally crown reduced by 2 metres+.

Lawson's cypress referenced T1: Fell/remove because it is growing extremely close to a supporting wall and could compromise its structural integrity and because it is making it difficult to replace the boundary fence which it has damaged. It is also considered to detract from the yew tree which it shades

Work mainly involves the crown lifting and side pruning of neighbours trees that overhang the rear garden. Multiple species of tree - Laurel - side prune back to boundary, Black Pine - Crown raised to 6 meters, Elderberry - side prune back to boundary Hawthorne - side prune back to boundary

T1 Holly - Reduce in height by 1.2-1.5 metres and trim tightly to shape. T2 Sycamore - Included unions. Crown reduce by approximately 3.0-4.0 metres in height and laterally to balance pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Crown thin by 15%. Crown lift to a height of 4.0 metres. NT3 Yew (neighbours tree) - Crown lift to a height of 2.5 metres over footpath. Crown reduce by approximately 1.5-1.8 metres in height and up to 3.0 metres laterally pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. NT4 Irish Yew (neighbours tree)- Prune back to the boundary. G5 Group of Sycamore, Hawthorn and Elder - Fell to ground level. Trim all other vegetation back to the boundary.
