Variation of condition 20 of outline planning permission reference WP/19/00154/OUT as the approved plans include two first floor flats with ground floor access, by the nature of this type of dwelling they are not M4(2) Compliant and therefore for the development to be built in accordance with the approved drawings the wording of the condition needs to be amended.
