Application for variation of a condition 2 (plans) following grant of planning permission reference WP/20/00647/FUL to rectify incorrect drawings that were submitted in relation to the approved planning permission reference WP/20/00647/FUL. Drawing numbers 58-20-01 & 02A, portrayed the existing roof profile with a steeper pitch and a higher ridge than is actually the case. The proposed structure has been built in accordance with the approved drawings, but due to the existing roof being lower than previously indicated, has resulted in the apex of the extension extending 0.45 metres above that of the existing.
