Non-material amendment to condition 1 (approved plans) of reserved matters consent reference WP/20/00377/REM to change the tenure mix and allocation of affordable housing plots. The proposed amendment would result in 3 x 1B Part M4(3) compliant shared ownership flats becoming affordable rent (Plots 83 - 85) and 9 x 2B affordable rent flats becoming shared ownership (Plots 86-94). Plots 128 - 136 would change tenure from shared ownership to affordable rent. The percentage tenure split will remain the same
