Large leylandii trees bordering car park to be bought down to approximately 6ft in height to allow light and prevent possibilty of damage to cars and pedestrians in high winds allowing either fencing or a manageble hedge in their place

Trees on the north boundary from east to west consisting mainly of Acer (Sycamore and some Norway maple) plus one Acacia and one hornbeam: Crown clean and raise to a height of 4 to 5 metres. Remove approximately 3 of the smaller Acers plus some secondary basal stems. First Acer: possible cable brace due to severely included fork and reduce weight in the crown. Last Acer with extensive rot in the main trunk: Pollard. Acacia: possible slight crown reduction. Self-set sycamores and 2 elders on the south boundary: remove those which are considered to be too close to the boundary fence.Pollarded lime trees at the south east end of the site: repollard.

The reference numbers correspond with the map provided. The tree works have been recommended following a survey carried out by Riverside. The works will be carried out in accordance with BS3998. These trees are located within close proximity to the building and the following works have been recommended which we are proposing to carry out: MID0036 - Bird Cherry - Crown lift over fence to give a 1m clearance MID0038 - Common Elder - Remove ivy to facilitate next inspection

Lawson's cypress referenced T1: Fell/remove because it is growing extremely close to a supporting wall and could compromise its structural integrity and because it is making it difficult to replace the boundary fence which it has damaged. It is also considered to detract from the yew tree which it shades

T1 & T2 - Lombardy Poplars - Tree to be removed. Large lombardys have caused damage to boundary fencing, and they are in close proximity to a new proposed building and also existing neighbours sheds. T3 - Sycamore - crown raise and prune back lateral growth from over the neighbouring bungalow leaving a balanced crown T4 & T5 Sycamores - Remove trees 4 new trees to be planted - 2 Ginkgo's approximately 2.5 metres and 2 Liquidambar's approximately 3 metres

RETROSPECTIVE: To take down the existing brick wall which had become dangerous due to adjacent tree and replace it with a six foot fence at front of property; within the boundary of the property, facing the public footpath. Erection of raised decking in rear garden at a height of approximately 600mm
