Listed building consent to replace rear bedroom wooden window frame in same style and colour, replace front door with new double glazed door (stable door) in a similar style and redecorate in blue. Outbuilding; replace front flat panel door with a fit rim lock, pull handle and decorate in blue. Two windows; re putty and paint external and repaint internal both in white. Ground floor; replace vinyl flooring. Fit handrail to steps up to first floor. Fit new retention clasp to hatch. First floor; plaster walls to first floor but leave chimney breast exposed. Paint with neutral colour emulsion. Supply electric sockets and lighting from existing ground floor spur. Lay carpeting to floor. This area to be used as the residents hobby room for sewing and photography
