Remove Holly tree to ground level and remove stump. The rectory has recently been purchased and needs a new entrance gate installing for security reasons, the holly tree is currently in the way for this work to commence.

A/1000/0002 T1 Beech; Crown reduce by approximately 2.0 metres in height and laterally to balance, pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Crown clean removing all dead, diseased, dying, crossing, rubbing and duplicate branches. Works to be carried out in the interest of sound arboricultural practice and to maintain the tree at suitable dimensions.

T1. Eucalyptus; remove to ground level. The tree has grown too big for its position, excessive shading of gardens, growing very close to house, garage, driveway and footpath with potential to cause damage in the future.

The owners are concerned with how big the tree is, in relation to their property and the roadway. They would like the ash tree reducing, I have suggested a 30% reduction to create a nice balanced shape and to decrease wind exposure. (T9)

1 x Mature Cedar - Work as discussed at a site meeting on 17th March - the tree is to undergo a partial target reduction reducing the tree in height by approximately 3-4 metres back to suitable growth points and reduce the longest over extended lateral branches by approximately 2 metres back to the canopy line. In addition any major deadwood and hanging / suspended branches within the canopy will be removed. The work will reduce the risk of branch failure.

Removal of 7 trees; re-grade & re-surfaced for 11 x new 2.5 metre wide parking spaces; re-grade & re-surfaced for 2 x new 2 metre wide x 5.5 metre long parking - site 97 spaces; adjust kerb line and new bollards.
