Works to tree(s) (T1 Ash Tree, Fell to ground level due to extensive decay in main stem. Replace with 10-12 native tree of species to be confirmed) in garden of 1 Little Lane.

A/1000/0002 T1 Beech; Crown reduce by approximately 2.0 metres in height and laterally to balance, pruning to suitable growth points to retain the flowing lines of the canopy. Crown clean removing all dead, diseased, dying, crossing, rubbing and duplicate branches. Works to be carried out in the interest of sound arboricultural practice and to maintain the tree at suitable dimensions.

The owners are concerned with how big the tree is, in relation to their property and the roadway. They would like the ash tree reducing, I have suggested a 30% reduction to create a nice balanced shape and to decrease wind exposure. (T9)

1 x Mature Cedar - Work as discussed at a site meeting on 17th March - the tree is to undergo a partial target reduction reducing the tree in height by approximately 3-4 metres back to suitable growth points and reduce the longest over extended lateral branches by approximately 2 metres back to the canopy line. In addition any major deadwood and hanging / suspended branches within the canopy will be removed. The work will reduce the risk of branch failure.
