Demolition of side extension and conservatory and erection of a proposed side and rear extension, some internal remodelling

Alterations including: remodel the entrance hall and bathroom, erection of a two-storey extension, rebuild the conservatory as a garden room on the same footprint. The proposal also includes small increases to the area of hard surface for the entrance driveway

Demolish existing conservatory. Construct single storey rear extension to create new kitchen/siding area and enlarge sitting room. Remodel existing ground floor layout.
