Retention of internal and external alterations including the erection of a rear ground floor extension with glazed roof and an infill extension to form link to existing outbuilding. Changes to the internal ground and first floor layouts. Conversion of the existing single storey outbuilding to create extra living space. Construction of roof canopy above front entrance doorway.
