Alterations and conversion of existing farm buildings to form a single dwelling with car port, guest suite and associated outbuildings. Provision of outdoor swimming pool, vehicular and pedestrian accesses, and landscaping works (non-material amendment to allow changes to fenestration, addition of a flue in studio, plant room extension and new sauna added adjacent to Barn 02).

Internal and external alterations to include conversion of existing garage and outbuilding to create a study and additional living area with alterations to garage roof and erection of a glazed link between the two buildings. Internal works to include alterations to staircase and internal layout along with the installation of a log burner. External works to include the removal of the attached single storey store and erection of a glazed extension to main dwelling and construction of stone retaining garden walls. (amended plans)

Construction of a new timber outbuilding for garden storage purposes and the formation of parking area for three cars with access from existing gateway and construction of stone retaining garden walls. Certificate of Lawfulness to confirm sufficient works have been implemented of planning permission 20/00897/FUL (conversion of part of shop to residential to serve existing dwelling, erection of rear extension and alterations to garage) to allow the continuation of building works.

Remove existing conservatory. Extend existing garage and create first floor above together with single storey rear extensions and associated alterations to existing dwelling.

Internal and external alterations, extensive renovation works and extensions to restore Fishery Cottage as a dwelling (revised application to change the proposed roof material to slate and extension to rubble stone)
