Conversion of office to holiday let (non-material amendment to allow changes to fenestration and addition of roof lights)

Demolition of an existing single storey timber clad gymnasium building. Construction of a two storey extension to the existing two storey ESO Building, including undercroft car parking, roof mounted plant and photovoltaic panels, ground level external plant area, alterations to the existing building envelope to form roof access, rooflights, windows and doors; and associated works including construction of an earth bunded drainage infiltration basin in the southern section of the site. The extension is to contain improved replacement gymnasium and welfare facilities, office space, laboratories, storage space, and operational consolidation.

Addition of two dormers to front elevation. Single storey side extension to existing garage to create new home office. Repositioning of existing oil tank (Non Material Amendment to install a rooflight/velux window in garage extension roof symmetrically above bifold windows)

Internal and external works to main dwelling to include erection of single rear and side extensions, together with alterations to floor layouts, fenestration and to roof on rear elevation. Works to include part conversion of attic to create two additional bedrooms and a bathroom along with the insertion of additional roof lights. Conversion of the two existing detached outbuildings to create a self contained unit and a seperate gym/home office building. Alterations to existing external gated access and garden walls.

Erection of single storey and first floor rear extensions with new flank wall to enclose rear porch and replacement roof over existing front entrance porch together with changes to fenestration. Alterations to existing detached garage to include single storey side extension and installation of dormer to create additional first floor office space. (Part Retrospective). (Amended).

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 20/01119/FUL to allow alteration to roof, addition of dormer windows and rooflights, changes to fenestration and the addition of open sided oak frame porch (plots 1, 2 and 3), to allow changes to fenestration (plots 4 and 5) and to allow creation of office in roof space above garage (plot 4). (Amended). (Non-material amendment to allow changes to fenestration of Plots 4 and 5, and the addition of a door to side elevation of garage serving Plot 5).

Internal and external alterations to convert existing attached outbuilding/stable to create home office, including the insertion of french windows into the east elevation and changes to existing stable door together with the insertion of rooflight in east roof slope of existing first floor home office above.
