Internal alterations to include changes to ground, first floor and attic room layouts, along with changes to fenestration and the reconstruction of a chimneybreast in sitting room to connect to existing chimneystack. External alterations to include erection of a pitched roof and the replacement of stone slate roofing and lead finishing.
