Variation of conditions 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 12 of permission 15/03099/FUL to adequately address land level changes and to ensure that a suitable ecological buffer is provided around the edge of the development.

Variation of condition 8 of planning permission 21/00691/RES specifying that before the development authorised is brought into use, Rapid EV charging points shall be installed on all general market dwellings and cabling only (with the provision for charging points to be installed in the future) shall be provided to all affordable dwellings in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
