Variation of condition 8 of planning permission 21/00691/RES specifying that before the development authorised is brought into use, Rapid EV charging points shall be installed on all general market dwellings and cabling only (with the provision for charging points to be installed in the future) shall be provided to all affordable dwellings in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Variation of condition 5 of outline planning permission 14/1215/P/OP to allow for the development to be constructed on site in line with the description of development and amend the restriction of numbers from 260 dwellings and increase to 270 dwellings.
