Alterations to an existing outbuilding to revert ground floor gym back to garaging with changes to first floor fenestration and rooflights. Change the external decoration colour of all previously decorated surfaces, including rainwater goods, external windows and external doors (pertaining to The Mansion, The Gateway and attached garden walls and Coach House, Stables and Brew House, Garden wall and Gate Piers and Steps to NE of Chastleton House, Blue Row) from the current colour to a red-brown colour - NCS colour ref S8005-Y80R.
