Demolition of an existing single storey timber clad gymnasium building. Construction of a two storey extension to the existing two storey ESO Building, including undercroft car parking, roof mounted plant and photovoltaic panels, ground level external plant area, alterations to the existing building envelope to form roof access, rooflights, windows and doors; and associated works including construction of an earth bunded drainage infiltration basin in the southern section of the site. The extension is to contain improved replacement gymnasium and welfare facilities, office space, laboratories, storage space, and operational consolidation.

Change of use from current mixed/warehouse to Sui Generis to allow the premises to be used as a live music and entertainment venue along with a bar serving alcohol, hot and cold food. Single storey extension to the front aspect to provide new ladies toilets and disabled toilets with access and fire escapes. Change to the front of Unit 5 (in service yard) to create venue entrance, including the addition of window for box office and bin and cycle storage.

Change of use from class E (Offices) to class B (storage and distribution) along with alterations to fenestration

Alterations to include changes to doors, fenestration and roof lights with the provision of additional first floor office space.

External alterations to Unit 6 & Unit 7 to include additional windows and re cladding and removal of roller shutter. Change of use from office/storage to light industry. Installation of external staircase (Amended Plans)
