Demolition of modern buildings and extensions, alterations and extensions to existing buildings and erection of new purpose-built buildings to provide hotel accommodation and guest facilities. Provision of new exit road, car parking, infrastructure, landscaping (to include retention, creation and enhancement of Priority Habitats) and other ancillary works (amendments to previously approved 20/01757/LBC and 22/00202/LBC)

Internal and external alterations including: single-storey extension, alterations to existing outbuilding, proposed swimming pool and tennis court, alterations to existing access, re-aligning drive and associated landscaping works.

Exterior alterations to include the erection of a glasshouse and garden walls to create an enclosed Winter garden together with landscaping works

Extension and alterations to the rear gable structures. These works include the removal of the existing north-east gable extension for replacement, extension of the existing south-west gable extensions, new porch extension to side elevation, upgrade of fenestration on first and second floor, and re-landscaping of the gardens surrounding the proposals

Proposed alterations to basement: enlarge external hatch opening on rear elevation, installation of new timber door and limecrete slab, external stone steps and rear landscaping works around the basement entrance. Removal of concrete chimney, asbestos drain and timber prop, proposed lath and lime plaster ceiling with insulation. Replacement timber pedestrian and vehicle gates and new landscaping on driveway. Existing external door on the single storey extension on the front elevation to be painted to match the existing fenestration and main entrance door. Internal alterations include: to replacement floorboards with wider boards to match the historical boards, replacement masonry fireplace surround. Installation of wood burning stove.

Internal and external works to convert ground floor and part of first floor of former bank to create self contained living accommodation including insertion of additional first floor window in side elevation and removal of strong room to form courtyard garden together with alterations to existing garage, erection of wrought iron and railings on coping stone and associated landscaping works.

Alterations to include regrading of the existing soil bank and introduction of new surface materials to provide a new ramp together with associated works and landscaping design. (Part retrospective).
