Variation of condition 2 of planning permission 20/00991/FUL to allow design changes to Plot 1 including replacement of approved garage door with a window and erection of a single storey garage extension.

Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of planning permission 20/01849/HHD to allow alterations to the design of the garage and the use of slate tiles. To allow alterations to the rear elevation of the proposed extension on the Ground floor level and to retain the existing slate roof. And to allow for the rooflight at the end of the rear elevation to be changed a dormer window. (Amended)
