Replacement of windows and doors on the back and side elevations; relocation of roof lights on rear range to opposite roof pitch

Replace six wooden windows at the front of the house. The proposed replacement windows are to be double glazed, the replacement timber windows are on a like for like basis.

Internal and external alterations to include erection of single storey extension and painting of all new and existing windows and doors. (Amended)

Alterations to existing first floor window to form wider window opening corresponding with existing ground floor window, provision of new window joinery re-using existing vertical-sliding. Re-form stonework to arched head to existing ground floor window to right of main entrance, repairs to existing pointing of masonry to front elevation. Repairs of rainwater disposal system to front elevation; replace existing plastic goods with cast-iron or aluminium plain half round gutters and circular down pipes with blacksmith-made gutter brackets; increase capacity of rainwater goods sashes

Demolition of existing porch. Construction of a single storey garden room to north elevation. Internal alterations to remove modern partition walls and block off 2 existing windows.
