Internal and external alterations to include the construction of four dormer windows to front roof slope

Enlarge rear dormer and relocate existing photovoltaic roof panels to No. 22 Balliol Close. Installation of external timber cladding over external thermal insulation and move existing UPVC double glazed units forward in line with new external insulation, both to Nos 20 and 22 Balliol Close.

External alterations to replace the existing Stonesfield roof slates with Sunnyside replica slates/tiles on main roof to match existing. With remedial works to existing dormer, and blue slate roof.

Removal of existing rear extensions. Erection of two storey and single storey rear extensions along with the replacement of existing dormers and construction of porches to the front and side (non-material amendment to allow changes to fenestration, dormer and roof lantern designs, the use of stone finish in place of brick, and the removal of chimney-like projection from rear extension and replace with flush rooflight).
