Demolition of existing garage and erection of side and rear single storey extensions to facilitate an annexe and alterations to fenestration including proposed velux lights (amended description)

Demolition of an existing single storey timber clad gymnasium building. Construction of a two storey extension to the existing two storey ESO Building, including undercroft car parking, roof mounted plant and photovoltaic panels, ground level external plant area, alterations to the existing building envelope to form roof access, rooflights, windows and doors; and associated works including construction of an earth bunded drainage infiltration basin in the southern section of the site. The extension is to contain improved replacement gymnasium and welfare facilities, office space, laboratories, storage space, and operational consolidation.

Internal and external alterations to change one number window to the rear of the approved extension from a circular window to a floor standing tilt and turn window.

Demolition of side conservatory and rear extension. Construction of single storey rear extension (Non Material Amendment to allow changes in design of kitchen window and minor alterations to internal layout)

Erection of a single storey rear extension with side curtain walling, dormer windows and internal alterations.

Alterations and conversion of existing farm buildings to form a single dwelling with car port, guest suite and associated outbuildings. Provision of outdoor swimming pool, vehicular and pedestrian accesses, and landscaping works (non-material amendment to allow changes to fenestration, addition of a flue in studio, plant room extension and new sauna added adjacent to Barn 02).

Internal and external alterations to include removal of existing rear extensions. Erection of a single storey pitched roof rear extension and construction of a covered seating area. External works to include remedial works to roof of existing building along with rebuilding of all stone chimneys and new roof to detached lean to building, replacement of doors and windows and provision of air source heat pump. Internal alterations to include changes to each floor layout.
