The re-organisation and upgrade of the existing Caravan Club Site to include the removal of 92 touring caravan pitches and demolition of existing site buildings, construction of replacement facilities and maintenance/housekeeping buildings with provision of static accommodation in the form of 36 Holiday Lodges (non material amendment to allow re-location of lodge positions and change of colour finishes for windows, doors and fascias, from brown to grey).

Conversion of extension of existing agricultural buildings to form one dwelling along with extensions to the existing cottages to create ancillary accommodation. Works to include the erection of a car port with store and demolition of one barn (non-material amendment to allow changes to fenestration, doors, flues and internal layout together with extended roof overhang of new corridor).
