Internal and external alterations to include conversion of an existing garage into kitchen with reconstruction of garage roof, erection of a glazed link extension to main house. Alterations to include the replacement of existing stone slates on existing extension to natural blue slates, insertion of roof light, changes to fenestration and the blocking of an external doorway.

Replace roof and add new window and door to rear extension. Replace garage roof and add door. Add toilet to garage with door to kitchen. Kitchen extended into the hallway/corridor between the house and the garage.
