Non material amendment to DC/19/1243 FUL - proposed change in the layout of the two distinct habitat types within the development boundary. A 10ha area within the north west of the site boundary marked as stone curlew habitat would be managed to develop as birch scrub, with a corresponding area of birch scrub in the eastern half of the development site being managed as stone curlew habitat. The overall areas of the two habitat types would not change, nor would the development boundary. The proposed amendment is outlined in Drawing No. B1101000-SC-001.
