The M58 Link Road Development - (Offline Section). Construction of a new carriageway extending from the realigned Leopold Street, a new overbridge and associated bridge parapets, Vehicle Restraint Systems crossing the railway line, a new four-arm signalised junction connecting to Billinge Road/Foundry Lane and the proposed new link across Pemberton Colliery together with associated signage, controlled crossing facilities, associated power supply and utilities, a shared use footpath/cycleway connecting to the approved M58 Link Road Scheme, following the demolition of two residential bungalows (including 9x units), and existing footbridge over the Wigan to Kirkby railway line
