Erection of new classroom block with rooftop teaching space and new guidance hub linking to existing building together with associated external works including new pathways and new mesh fencing ranging from 2.34 metres high to 3 metres high following demolition of existing building

Proposed new build 2 storey Aspull Health and Wellbeing Centre including pharmacy on the site of the current Aspull Clinic and Aspull Surgery following demolition of the existing surgery and clinic buildings. The proposal includes laying out of a new car park, landscaping, the installation of lighting columns and erection of boundary treatments including 2.4 metre high mesh fencing, knee rail fencing and metal balustrades.
