Variation of condition 3 of A/14/79708/VAR to loading/unloading and manoeuvring of goods vehicles (including fork lift trucks) on the site shall not take place except between 06:00 and 23:00 hours on Monday to Saturday and between 10:00 and 17:00 hours on Sundays and Bank Holidays, together with the erection of a 3 metre high acoustic fence (as amended).
