Construction of new single storey extensions to the existing main offices building for Class E commercial, business and service purposes, including ancillary facilities and associated infrastructure, together with the retention and over cladding of the existing three storey modular building to the rear north west elevation, removal of the existing modular buildings to the south east corner of the site and the remodelling of the car parking over the site.

Extension to side and rear of existing building, external alterations including remodelling of service yard and installation of new loading house and dock levellers, construction of conveyor link bridge across Yew Tree Way linking to neighbouring unit, together with associated parking and landscaping (amended resubmission to application A/19/88273/MAJOR)
