To vary condition 19 on A/18/86033/VARMAJ to read "The A1 retail floor space hereby approved shall be restricted to a maximum of 2,169 square metres gross internal floor space. Of this total, a maximum of 1,900 square metres gross internal floor space shall be for the operation of a discount convenience retail foodstore comprising no more than 1,263 square metres net internal retail sales floor space. Of the 1,263 square metres floorspace, 1,010 square metres net internal floor space shall be used for the sale of convenience retail goods and the remainder for the sale of comparison retail goods"
