Working Amendment application for previously approved application A/20/88859/RMMAJ - The DoV removes the requirement to deliver 20% of the affordable housing (the requirement for which was subject to viability testing). It is proposed that a planning condition is added to the reserve matters approval which secures the requirement to provide the affordable dwellings as part of this reserved matters approval. It is therefore considered that such a change should be agreed as a non-material amendment to the RM3 approval.
