G1 Irish yew on front boundary - prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and up to 20cm clearance to overhead wires; twin stemmed Sycamore in grounds of 8a Ray Park Avenue, prune to give up to 2m clearance to the house including chimney and up to 5m over driveway and up to 1.5m clearance to overhead wires; Oak, prune to provide up to 5m clearance over the driveway removing secondary and smaller branches only, to provide up to 2m clearance to the house and neighbouring surgery building, to provide up to 1.5m clearance to overhead wires and the removal of dead branches. In terms of pruning to give 1.5m clearance to overhead wires, this is only where the branches are growing towards the wires, where branches are growing away from the wires, so are not a potential conflict, they are to be retained. T2 Western red cedar - crown lift to 5m above ground level retaining primary branches with a basal branch diameter greater than 10cm. G3 - 7 x Cypress (Lapsed Hedging Screen) - Reduce height leaving a final height of 8m.

Part single part two storey rear extension with roof terrace, glazed entrance link between main house and existing garage, conversion of garage loft into habitable accommodation, alterations to fenestration, entrance courtyard to the glazed entrance link, new side entrance gate, new entrance gates to front boundary and new solar panels to south elevation following part demolition of existing rear element.

(T1) Cherry - Tip reduce lateral branches on northern aspect of crown to boundary with 18-20 Kings Road, prune to give 2.5m clearance over the pavement and remove the inferior of crossing/rubbing branches. Details required by conditions 2 (CMP), 3 (materials), 4 (biodiversity enhancements), 8 (cycle stores), 11 (hard and soft landscaping) and 12 (boundary treatment) of planning permission 21/01117/FULL for the erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings (1 x 3 bed house and 1 x 1 bed bungalow) with parking following demolition of existing building.

T1 Silver Birch - prune to give up to 30cm clearance to the overhead wires, 2.5m clearance over the pavement and 1m clearance to the front elevation of the house. T2 Magnolia - prune to give 4m clearance directly over the driveway; prune twigs which are touching the front boundary fence to give up to 30cm clearance. T3 Birch - crown lift up to 4m over the driveway and for the remainder of the crown, lift up to 3m above ground level.

T2 Red Oak - removal of partial branch. T3 and T5 Crab apple and Whitebeam - fell. T12 and T13 x2 Prunus trees fell. Bay - reshape bay outside gates. Lime - raise canopy to provide clearance to roof of gazebo/garden structure of 1m. Hedge cut side of tall conifer hedge alongside house, right hand boundary, section between garage and rear garden.

Leylandii Trees/Hedge - heavily reduce entire length of leylandii hedge back to stumps/boundary line. Works are to cut all overhanging greenery on Manor House face of the hedge (not to remove the trees completely)

T1 - Apple tree and T2 - Silver Birch - cut back to the boundary the overhanging foliage from the neighbouring The Spinney, the estimated final spread of both trees post reduction will be 5m. T3 - English Oak - reduce by 2-3 metres, the estimated final spread of this tree post reduction will be 6m. T4 - Sweet Chestnut - reduce by 2-3 metres, one overhang branch situated in the rear garden of Dorchester House , the estimated final spread of this tree post reduction will be 4m. T5 - Sycamore - reduce by 2-3 metres, the overhang, the estimated final spread of this tree post reduction will be 6m. T6 - English Oak - reduce, by 2-3 metres, the overhanging limb situated in the rear garden of Dorchester House, the estimated final spread of this tree post reduction will be 16m. T7 - Sweet Chestnut - remove to a height of 5-6m from ground level the lowest branches. T8 - Sweet Chestnut - fell. (TPO 55 of 1995 and 34 of 1998)

T1 - Oak Reduce stem above cavity in stem to a height of 6m above ground level, remove Ivy and dead branches. T2 - Oak -Removal of ivy and dead branches. T3 - Oak - Remove dead branches, crown lift secondary and tertiary lower branches to a height of no more than 5.5m over ground level. Tip reduce lower branches extending over the boundary with 85 priors way to a height of 7m over ground level.T4 Oak Removal of ivy from lowest 2m of stem, remove dead branches, crown lift to a height of 4m over ground level and tip reduce lower branches to provide a 3m form house and TV aerial.

Replace defective brickwork and mortar joints surrounding the house and to the boundary walls, structural repair/rebuilding of garage and garage roof, releveling and relaying of existing paving and installation of a step to the rear door.
