T1 - Silver Birch - prune back all overhanging branches to boundary line. T2 - Sycamore - cut back all overhanging branches to ensure good separation from clients building as per photographs.

(G1) Limes x 5 - repollard by 1.5m and cut back overhanging branches back to the boundary; (G2) Limes x 6 - repollard and cut back to suitable overhanging branches growth points; (T2) Lime - fell; (T4) False Acacia - fell and leave main stem 2-3m for monolith; (T5) Sycamore - fell and (T9) Lime - fell. T1 - Eucalyptus - Reduce back to original reduction points following large branch failure, canopy reduction approximately 8m as shown in photo. G1 - Mixed Species - Fell dead trees and remove all deadwood over 50mm diameter which overhangs the footpath to the south. Partially failed tree (figure 6) - fell. Fallen tree (figure 5) - reduce vertical branches by up to 50% to minimise risk of failure. Poplar on eastern boundary, significantly decayed at base, fell to leave a 3m high stump. Poplar on eastern boundary leaning heavily over footpath, fell to leave a 3m high stump.(026/2016/TPO)

T1 Conifer - fell. T2 Maple - fell. G2 Conifer - reduce overhanging branches to boundary line and height by 3m. G3 (x5 Oak) - crown lift to achieve up to 4m clearance over the ground and to crown clean. T3 - Ash and T4 - Sycamore - reduce to height of laurel hedge (007/1959/TPO).

T1 - Magnolia - Crown reduction by 1.5-2m, leaving a final height of 5m and spread of 6m, reduce overhanging branches on boundary by 1-2m.

(T1) Catalpa - remove deadwood and raise low branches over road to approximately 5m and driveway 4m, targeting secondary points of pruning; (T2) Lime - thin crown by up to 10% foliage volume and raise low branches to approximately 3m above ground level, targeting secondary points of pruning; (T3) Magnolia - prune low branches to approximately 2m above ground level, selectively reduce side lateral branches targeting secondary points of pruning; (T4) Ash - remove moderate deadwood over garden and remove lowest branch over the wall and shed, back to source; (T5) Yew - hedge trim to previous template back to the boundary wall and (T6) Spruce - prune back branches that are growing through the phone lines.

T1 - Holly - Crown reduction - reduce height by 2m to a final height of 4m and on neighbours side from 3m to 2m, G1- Conifer hedge - Top and face trim all sides, G2 - All shrubs along roadside boundary - Prune to contain and improve shape, G3 - Conifer hedge - Reduce height by approximately 1m, face trim all side.

Ash - prune branches overhanging Dene Hollow, back to the boundary line.

T1 - Fruit trees on neighbours (Court Lands) - Reduce branches to boundary fence. T2 - Maple - Crown thinning by 15%. T3 - Cypress - fell, T4 - Prunus - fell, T5 - Pine, Elm, Yew - fell. T6 - Conifer - lift branches overhanging outbuilding roof line allowing 1m clearance.

(G1) Ash Trees - dismantle the partially failed Ash to ground level; remove 1 low limb growing over the clients boundary; dismantle the larger declining tree to approximately 4m and dismantle the two smaller stems closest to the garage to ground level. (017/2008/TPO) and (036/2016/TPO).
