Details required by condition 3 (construction environmental management plan) of planning permission 19/03464/FULL for alterations to the existing basement car park with extension of the core to create shower and changing facilities, new cycle spaces and new electronic vehicular charging points. New waterproofing overcoat to the existing asphalt, new pre-planted screened fence to the existing bin store, new external seating area with planting, slatted fence and pre-planted screened fence, new hard standing, replacement of the external canopy and entrance doors, new cladding, new render, new HVAC system, lighting and electrical installation.

Retrospective application for the permanent siting of a storage container for the accommodation of spare parts and equipment ( in connection with the maintenance and operation of a solar farm, as approved under 14/02044 and 17/01463/VAR, for the construction and operation of a solar photovoltaic farm including security fencing, inverter and transformer stations, below ground cabling, CCTV, substations, internal access road and landscaping); and the construction of a substation building (in compliance with foundation details approved under 17/02809/CONDIT pursuant to Condition No1 of 17/01463/VAR ).
