Details required by Condition 7, part discharge (Materials) and Condition 8, part discharge (Construction Environmental Management Plan) of planning permission 17/01878/OUT for a Hybrid planning application seeking permission for the following Full (detailed) projects: Project 1 - the erection of 65 permanent semi-detached lodges (130 units) and 20 'barrels' with associated amenity facilities block to provide visitor accommodation, a central facilities 'hub' building, SUDS ponds, landscaping works (including equipped play areas) and associated infrastructure works ('Phase 1' of the holiday village); Project 2 - Reconfiguration of car parking and internal accesses and associated engineering/infrastructure works; Project 3 - Change of use of existing farm buildings from agricultural/'sui generis' use to Use Class D2, ancillary 'back of house'; accommodation and land for re-use by the theme park and the creation of one new access point from the existing car park and Project 4 - Extension and alterations to 'The Beginning' comprising new admissions building, extension to existing toilet facilities and new entrance portal. Permission for the following Outline projects: Project 5 - Construction of the '2019 attraction' comprising three 'attraction zones' for up to three new rides (one to be an indoor attraction and the other two to be uncovered or covered) with associated queue line areas, landscaping works and associated infrastructure; Project 6 - Construction of a new indoor ride on the 'Haunted House' site with associated queue line area, landscaping works and associated infrastructure; Project 7 - Extension to the existing 'Big Shop' LEGO store in 'The Beginning' area; Project 8 - Erection of up to 300 units of visitor accommodation ('Phases 2 and 3' of the holiday village) with two associated central facilities 'hub' buildings, SUDS ponds, landscaping, infrastructure works and car parking area.

Two storey front extension with canopy, rear infill extension, single storey side extension, single storey side/rear extension with accommodation in roof space and 1no. rear dormer, enlargement of existing rear balconies, removal of rear bay window, alterations to rear courtyard wall, raised terrace and fenestration and erection of 1no. detached outbuilding ancillary to the main dwelling following demolition of existing animal enclosure.

Alterations to single storey front element to include alterations to roof, single storey side/rear extension and raising of the garage ridge to provide habitable accommodation within the roofspace.

Single storey side/rear extension and enlargement of the existing second floor to create accommodation within the roof space.

Single storey rear extension, increase to the exisiting habitable accommodation within the roofspace, 1no. rear dormer with Juliet balcony and alterations to fenestration.

New front entrance canopy, single storey front/side extensions, x 1 additional dormer to the South West elevation, enlargement of the accommodation in the roof space and alterations to fenestration to include relocation of the front entrance door.

Single storey front extension, alterations to front entrance with new canopy, part single, part two storey front/side/rear extension, hip to gable, 1no. front dormer (at first floor) and 1no. rear dormer (at second floor) to create accommodation within the roofspaces and alterations to fenestration following demolition of existing garage and store.

Details required by Condition 3 (Landscaping) of planning permission 21/01690/FULL for the widening of the existing vehicular access with new piers and entrance gates, new detached triple garage with accommodation at first floor and external staircase, two storey side extension, part single part two storey side/rear extension, x3 front dormers, x2 rear dormers, second floor rear extension and alterations to fenestration.

Variation (under Section 73A) of Condition 5 to substitute those plans approved under 21/02746/FULL for the part single/part two storey front/side extension, single storey rear extension, single storey side extension, garage conversion into habitable accommodation and alteration to fenestration with amended plans.
